Finding the right fit online can be tricky, so we want to make choosing your EMPWR YOU size as easy as possible.
Because our collections use different fabrics, levels of stretch, compression and construction, fit can vary between styles.
For the most accurate fit, always refer to the size chart and fit notes on the individual product page before ordering.
Understanding Our Size Charts
Unless otherwise stated, the measurements shown on our product pages are unstretched garment measurements, not body measurements.
This means a garment may measure smaller than your body when laid flat or unstretched, particularly in our more compressive styles.
Activewear is designed to stretch and move with your body, so these measurements are best used alongside the product’s individual fit and compression notes.
How to Measure Yourself
Use a soft measuring tape and keep it comfortably against your body without pulling it too tightly.
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
Under Bust
Measure directly underneath your bust where the band of a sports bra would sit.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes.
Inseam
Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to where you would like the garment to finish.
Inseam varies between designs, so always check the individual product page where this measurement is provided.
Between Sizes?
Check the individual product’s fit recommendation first.
Some EMPWR YOU pieces are designed to feel soft and flexible, while others offer a firmer, more compressive fit.

Our Signature range is known for its firm, supportive compression through the waist and midsection.
The fabric still provides plenty of stretch and movement, while offering a secure feel through the belly - one of the features our customers love most about the collection.
If you prefer a softer or less compressive fit, you may prefer to size up.
