Refund Policy

Here at EMPWR YOU customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

EXCHANGES
Please email empwryou@outlook.com if you wish to arrange an exchange, we are more than happy to hold your preferred size for you as long as it is currently in stock. Be sure to email us as soon as possible as our first launch is incredibly limited!

REFUND POLICY 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (no make up stains, no distinct odour, no animal hair etc), unworn,  unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that sale items returned can only be eligible for a credit voucher which includes all discounted items or purchases made with a discount code.
To start a return, send an email to empwryou@outlook.com in regards to your request. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to get your garment back to us. Please note that all items posted back will be at the expense of the consumer. We recommend tracked shipping as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost in transit. If you send an item back to us without requesting a return then it will not be accepted.
Please allow up to 2-14 days for the refund to process back to the original payment method.

FAULTY ITEMS
In the odd case you receive damaged or faulty item(s) we will pay for you to ship the item(s) back to us and offer you a full refund or credit.
Return items that do not qualify may not be eligible for a refund. Please note we do not accept change of mind upon ordering.
