If you have a sweet tooth craving and you don't want to feel guilty for settling it.. Then this recipe is for you, all you need is a NutriBullet (any blender will do)
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- Half a cup of rolled oats
- 1 large banana
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- Between 10-40ml of water (Judge the amount of water based on the size of your banana, eg. If your banana is on the smaller size than use a smaller amount of water) Keeping this in mind allows you to have the right consistency for your "pancake" mix. Hot tip: Add a small amount of water first because you can go back and add some more later
Optional (If you feel like treating yourself)
- Sugar free chocolate chips (put them in as soon as you pour the batter)
- Toasted coconut flakes
- Sugar free maple syrup
- Low calorie ice cream of your choice
- Any fruit to top it off (Our go-to are some fresh berries)
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together
- Heat up the pan then set it to low, spray the pan with some coconut oil spray (any oil will do)
- Pour your mix onto it (If you want to add some sugar free chocolate chips in there, nows your chance)
- I allow about 45 seconds - 1 min on each side - sometimes even less, this will depend on your stove.
